Lux Beauty return policy lasts 14 days - if 14 days has pasted we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Lux Beauty will accept returns if a product is deemed faulty due to postage or manufacturing (must provide proof of damage). For health and safety reasons we are can not accept returns on opened/used items.

Please note that Lux Beauty will not accept returns for:

- If the item/s were purchases while on sale or part of a promotion/bundle.

- Simply change of mind.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:


To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For products deemed faulty or damaged:
Once your return is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and we have approved or rejected the refund after inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to original method of payment.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, please note SALE items CANNOT be refunded.

Shipping costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lux Beauty can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we do recommend adding tracking when shipping. 

Processing time:

- We process all of our returns within 7 Days of receiving the item(s) back.

- You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected

- Domestic returns by regular post can take up to 7 days, while express post can take up to 3 days.

Credit notes:
- Credit notes are valid for 12months from the date of issue.
- Credit notes we can only be used on our online store and not at our market stalls/salon store.
