COVID-19 PROTOCOLS 

  • Upon arrival, please check-in on your phone using our Service NSW QR Code displayed on our door and sanitise your hands using the provided antiseptic handrub.
  • If you are feeling unwell, have been advised that you are a close contact of an existing COVID-19 case, or are in isolation, please stay home. Your appointment will be rescheduled, not cancelled.
  • Please do not bring anyone else to your appointment as authorised under the current COVID-19 square metre guidelines.

 

 

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY 

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, or if you are looking to alter the nature of your appointment, please note that I require 24 hours notice within business hours. Failure to comply with this protocol will result in a non-refundable no-show fee charged to you. The fee will be 50% of the cost of the total price of the original booking. Should you fail to pay this fee, you will not be accepted for future bookings.
    This policy applies to all appointments conducted within the confines of the Lux Beauty by Meg salon, including  (but not limited to) appointments with both myself and sub-contractors.                                                             Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
